Anton Pelinka ist Professor für Politikwissenschaft und Nationalismusstudien an der englischsprachigen Central European University in Budapest. Davor war er seit 1975 Professor für Politikwissenschaft an der Universität Innsbruck, davon mehrere Jahre auch als Dekan.
